On Joujou.ch you can choose between 4 shipping methods when confirming your order. Delivery times take account of the orders placed before 17:00 (working days).
Post Pack Priority: PostPac Priority are distributed throughout Switzerland within 24h00 (Monday to Friday).
Express Lune: With Swiss-Express Lune, SwissPost guarantees the delivery the morning after, until 9:00 at the latest, throughout all Switzerland and Liechtenstein - even on Saturdays!
For outside Swiss territory, customs formalities and delivery fees are, unless otherwise indicated, the responsibility of the customer that have to check the importation of products in his country.
For Switzerland, the shipping costs are free for all orders.

Track & Trace is a service that allows you to follow your order through Internet. By entering the number of the parcell, you will receive all informations about the progress and know what stage of treatment it is. Data are captured during the deposition, processing and distribution are available for 180 days.
All our products are shipped by post in, neutral packaging, shwowing no indication of its contents nor inscriptions or logo, in order to ensure complete discretion towards our customers.
All shipments are made Monday to Friday (except National Holidays). All orders received before 5pm will be shipped the same day, within the limits of available stocks. As soon as the parcel leaves our house, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your order.
The delivery time is counted once the Swiss Post has taken the parcel:
- Switzerland: PostPac Priority 24h00
- Abroad: PostPac Prioroty 2 - 5 business days
The item availability is displayed in real time on our website. In rare cases, it might happend that 2 orders are made at the same time on the same article, which could distort availability.
IMPORTANT : in the case of payment by wire transfer, your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
You can track the status of your order with the track and trace number that you received with your shipment notification. In case of delay or if some products are missing in your delivery, please contact our Customer Service by mail or by phone at 084 568 568.
We remind you that in case of delay of postal services, theft or loss of your package, Joujou.ch can not be held responsible and declines any responsibility. No compensation can be claimed.
Parcels not claimed and those whose address has not been correctly provided to us will be charged to the client for an amount of CHF 15.-
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please make a request to return the product by contacting us through our return form.
After agreement of our customer service, you will be informed on how to ship the package back to us. In all cases, the items that still under warranty will be replaced with a new product, except if they are no longer available for sale. In this case, a credit note or a similar item will then be proposed. Note that mostly all electrical and electronic products for sale on our site have a 2 year warranty.
Your return costs will be compensated as a gift voucher.
IMPORTANT: No returns will be accepted without a prior written request.
